Orders

Can I track my Snag order?

Yes, if you picked tracked delivery, click the link in your dispatch email to see the status of your order. Your dispatch email has an estimated delivery date to give you an idea of when your parcel will arrive. These dates are not set in stone and your order can arrive slightly before or slightly after these dates.

Can change my delivery address after I have ordered?

We’ll do our best! Orders can only be changed before your parcel starts it’s journey through the warehouse. Let us know what you need to change and we’ll see if we can catch it. We’ll update you by email. Contact Customer Services as soon as possible: hello@snagtights.com

I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Sorry about that. First up, check both your order confirmation and packing slip contained in your order to verify the item that is missing. Then please reach out to customers service who can help you. Email: hello@snagtights.com.

Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take at Snag?

That depends on where you live. There are estimated delivery times as a guide and your order can arrive just before or just after these times.

Economy - Once dispatched - Up to 5 working days
Standard - Once dispatched - 2-3 working days
Premium - Priority dispatch - Next working day

How much is delivery?

We always offer the cheapest, but best shipping available. When possible, this is postal delivery rather, than couriers. The price you pay is based on the weight of the order, but overall it gives you the lowest cost.

Can change items in my order after I have placed it?

We’ll do our best! Orders can only be changed before your parcel starts it’s journey through the warehouse. Let us know what you need to change and we’ll see if we can catch it. We’ll update you by email. Contact Customer Services as soon as possible: hello@snagtights.com

I have a problem with an item, what do I do?

Get in touch with the customer service team who will be more than happy to help. Send your order details and some pics of the problem. You can contact Customer Services through email at hello@snagtights.com.

How can I return items?

We can accept returns within 90 days for the following:

Intimates (Tights, Chub Rubs, Ankle Socks & Underwear) - we can only accept returns for items that have not been tried on.

Clothing and Bras - these may be tried on, but must be returned in brand new condition with any tags/labels still attached.

Swimwear - swimwear may be tried on, but Returns will only be accepted if the hygiene strip remains in place.

Please complete this Form for your returns.

Fees for returning items are covered by you and returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we do recommend getting proof of postage. We are unable to accept any collection fees and this may lead to delays in your return being processed. Once your return arrives with us, and our Returns team has checked your return, someone will be in touch to process your refund or exchange.

Sizing

How do I pick the right size Snag tights?

All you need is your height, dress size and body shape, it’s that easy. Then find them on our size chart below and there's your Snag size.

How do I pick the right maternity Snag tights size?

We usually recommend getting a size up from your usual Snag size so that you can grow into them. A few of our customers who are normally a size F or G have said that sticking to the same size even when pregnant has worked for them as F and G are made to be even stretchier than A to E.

Product Info

Will a sold out item ever come back in stock?

We have tried to make it as easy as possible to see if a product will be restocked or not. So we have created three groups and every product sits in one, Classic, Favourite and Limited Edition.

Classic - A Snag staple, it will always be in stock and if it isn't, it will be restocked very quickly. 

Favourite - You love it, we love it, if its out of stock it will be restocked, just not as quickly as a Classic.

Limited Edition - These are a limited run, once it's gone, it's gone. 

How do I care for my Snag tights?

We recommend washing them on their own for the first time, and washing them before wearing them as the colour does not always, but may transfer. Officially, you should hand wash them using a 'non-aggressive detergent'. As busy people, we usually stick them on a 30ºC wash, with similar colours,inside our specially made wash bags (don't for get to add one to your order), or you can even use a pillowcase or lingerie bag. When drying them, please take care, squeeze dry only and avoid direct heat, as it can degrade the stretch.

What materials are used in Snag clothes?

All product compositions are listed on the individual products. We always aim to source the most ethical and sustainable raw materials.

Are Snag clothes suitable for men?

Yes!. Snag clothes are suitable for everyone.

Do Snag sell medical compression tights?

No, medical compression tights are a made to measure item with different specification depending on the wearer. But we do sell light compression tights that are perfect for people who are on their feet all day.

How can I model for Snag Tights?

Do Snag do discount codes or an NHS discount?

You get the best price, always, so no discount codes are needed. There are multi-buy discounts on all products that are automatically applied at the checkout.

Why don't we use Pay later services like Klarna?

Sustainably is the goal for Snag, not just in business, but in everyday life as well. Pay later services like Klarna and AfterPay don't promote sustainable living, in fact they do the opposite of that. So we don't use them.

Sojo x Snag - Our Alteration & Repair partner

What is the alteration service, and how does itwork?

Sojo allows you to tailor your clothing for a perfect fit. Initially this service will only be available for Tailoring items.  Using the link on our site, you specify the exact alteration you would like and then send your items to Sojo, who will make the requested changes before shipping the product back to you.

Who provides the alterations?

We are partnered with Sojo, a
professional third-party tailoring service that specializes in garment alterations. This ensures high-quality adjustments by experienced professionals.

Can I return or exchange altered or repaireditems?

Due to the custom nature of altered items, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your measurements and alteration requests before submitting.

How do I request alterations?

Using the link on our site, you will be able to request alterations directly with Sojo. They have guidance and demonstrations to help ensure you are measuring accurately and are provided
with the best fit.

How much does the alteration service cost?

The cost of alterations depends on the type of changes requested. Pricing details are provided as you progress with
your alteration or repair request from Sojo directly. Shipping charges both to and from Sojo will also be indicated during your request.

How long will it take to receive my altereditems?

Sojo will attempt to complete any
alterations requested within a week of receiving the garments, additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the adjustment. If you ever want
to double check on progress, you can contact their support team at support@sojo.uk.

What if I require assistance for my alteration?

Sojo has a dedicated support team, with expert garment technicians, who will be able to provide specific advice. You
can contact them directly via email at support@sojo.uk.

Can I send in my own measurements?

Yes, you can provide as much detail as you wish, whilst arranging for your alteration. The more detail you’re able to provide the better the fit will be for you. We always recommend double checking any details you provide, ahead of submitting.
