How should tailored trousers fit?
Tailored trousers should sit at the waist without gaping, with enough room through the hip and thigh to move comfortably. Ours have adjustable side waist cinchers that take in up to 5cm on each side, so if your hip and waist measurements point to different sizes, we'd say go by your hip measurement and use the cinchers to bring the waist in.
Do trousers have pockets?
Yes, ours have deep slant pockets with a cotton lining, big enough to actually hold your phone and keys. It's a small thing, but a pocket too shallow to use isn't much of a pocket.
Can trouser length be adjusted?
Yes, ours have a hidden 10cm hem extension built in, so you can let the leg down for extra length if you need it. That's on top of the standard length already built into each size.
What fabric are tailored trousers made from?
Ours are a polyester, viscose and elastane blend with a soft, woven feel, plus a cotton lining inside the pockets. That mix gives you enough stretch and structure to hold a tailored shape without feeling stiff.
Are wide leg trousers appropriate for work?
Yes, Snag tailored wide leg trousers read as smart enough for the office when paired with a simple top, and can just as easily be dressed down for the weekend. Ours are designed with exactly that kind of versatility in mind.
