70% of women have cried in a changing room. We don’t think that’s a "shopping struggle." We think it’s a crime.
When a garment doesn't fit, the industry wants you to believe your body is the problem. But at Snag, we know the truth: the problem is a lazy, profit-driven system that treats human beings like mathematical equations rather than living, breathing people.
Most brands don't design for you. They "select" a pre-made design from a factory catalog and then use a calculator to scale it. They take a size 8 and simply multiply the measurements by a fixed percentage to get a size 20.
Here’s the problem: Humans don’t grow like that. If you’re a size 24, your arms aren't twice as long as a size 8. Your shoulders don’t suddenly migrate six inches wider. When brands use "math" instead of anatomy, you end up with comical limb lengths and necklines that gape.
We believe that making something fit well is the highest mark of respect we can show you. That’s why we don’t use formulas. We use people.
Other brands are obsessed with fast fashion. They prioritize speed over soul. At Snag, it can take us years to develop a single product. We went through countless iterations of our famous knickers, our jeans, and our bras before we let a single customer touch them. We will keep tweaking, testing, and refining until our design team is certain the fit is perfect.
The fashion industry is obsessed with the bottom line. They cut corners on fabric, they ignore inconsistent factory sizing, and they treat fit as an afterthought because fixing it is "too expensive." We think it’s criminal to charge people money for clothes that make them feel bad about themselves. We don't care about the "fastest" way to make a profit; we care about the right way to make a product. You deserve to be respected. You deserve to be seen. You deserve clothes that were actually made for you.
